This Privacy Policy applies to the CardioSense mobile application (the “Application”) created and provided by OnlyApps Limited (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”). CardioSense is offered as a Freemium service and is intended for use “AS IS.”

Information Collection and Use

The application may collect limited technical information when you download and use it, including:

  • Device IP address
  • Device model, operating system version, and hardware information
  • Time and date of Application use
  • Screens and pages viewed within the Application
  • Time spent using specific features
  • Crash logs and diagnostic data

The Application does not collect precise or real-time geolocation data.

Health Data Integration (Heart Rate, ECG, HRV, Blood Oxygen, Respiratory Rate)

CardioSense may read health-related information from supported Health Services on your device or compatible wearables, such as:

  • Heart rate & pulse data
  • Historical heart rate trends
  • ECG recordings & classifications
  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
  • Blood oxygen (SpO₂) levels
  • Respiratory rate

Local-Only Processing (No servers, no cloud)

All health information is processed entirely on your device.

This data NEVER leaves your device, is NEVER transmitted to any server, is NEVER uploaded to cloud services, and is NEVER shared with third parties.

This includes information from your Watch or any compatible wearable device.

No External Storage

  • We do not store, upload, or transmit health data externally.
  • We do not send health data to analytics providers, advertisers, or third parties.
  • All health data remains securely within your device’s local storage.

Usage

Health information is used only to provide core features such as charts, insights, history, and analytics—always computed locally.

Personal Information

You may choose to provide personally identifiable information (e.g., your email when contacting support). This information is used solely for support purposes and is not linked to your health data.

Third-Party Access

The Application may share anonymized diagnostic information (such as crash reports) with third-party tools like:

  • Firebase Crashlytics

These reports never include health data, personal identifiers related to health, or user-specific health insights.

Health Data is Never Shared

We do not share, sell, rent, or transmit health data under any circumstance.

Possible Disclosures of Non-Health Data

We may disclose non-health data:

  • To comply with legal requirements
  • To protect user or public safety
  • To service providers working under confidentiality agreements

Opt-Out Rights

You may stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application.

You may also revoke access to health-related data via your device’s Health Services permissions settings.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider retains only User Provided Data (e.g., support emails) for as long as needed.

Health data remains under your control at all times and cannot be accessed or deleted by us.

Children’s Privacy

CardioSense is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If such data is discovered, it is deleted immediately.

Security

We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect non-health information.

Health information is protected by your device’s built-in security features, including encryption and biometric protection.

Because health data is never transmitted, the risk of external exposure is minimized.

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the right to:

  • Restrict processing
